Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Hotel

Waterpark was fun, but common areas need more seating.

The room was good-sized with a safe, multi-channel television and coffee/tea making machines.

Friendly check in and late check out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location so close to another restaurant and the airport with the free shuttle service and Close to downtown. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Ruby's Kitchen, located 5 min away.

Comfy bed, excellent bathroom and central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. There were greasy handprints on the headboard, and the bathroom door felt sticky and unclean. The pool staff was rude and unwelcoming.

The hotel staff were helpful, especially when they paid for my taxi after a shuttle miscommunication. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat from the busy surroundings.

Double room included central heating, iron/ironing board and an electronic key card. The hotel had a magnificent location close to Bingo Palace. Appetising food in the casual restaurant in the vicinity.

This accommodation had a central setting close to restaurants. The employees were best and courteous.

The waterpark kept my family entertained, and the staff's really good service. The room could benefit from some updates, especially the coffee maker. All in all, a fun trip.

The nearby eateries, like The Cattle Baron and Earls Calgary Barlow Trail, made for some killer meals. The family had a blast at the waterpark. Friendly staff kept things safe and fun! Plus, the room was super organized, with handy outlets for all our gadgets.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was also OK.
